BAPTISM

Parents who wish to have their child Baptised are invited to attend a meeting beforehand. The next meeting will take place in the Church on Wednesday 9th October at 7.30pm

Ministers of the Eucharist would be happy to bring Holy Communion to the sick and homebound. Please contact the Parish Office.

Diocesan Safeguarding Day

This Sunday 22nd September is ‘Diocesan Safeguarding Day’
The Archdiocese of Dublin is making all efforts to ensure that the Church is a safe and secure place for all and most especially for children.
Please see the noticeboard at the back of the church for information regarding Child Protection practices in our parish. You will see our Child Protection Policy, a Code of Conduct for parish volunteers and there are some phone numbers and helplines if you need any assistance.

All volunteers working with children in the parish must be Garda vetted.

First Communion

A very important meeting for all parents & guardians of children now in 2nd class, who will be receiving their First Holy Communion in 2020 was held last Wednesday, if you missed the meeting please contact the Parish Office for registration details.

FAMILY MASS

We celebrate a Family Mass here each Sunday at 10.30am
We would encourage families with young children, to come along to this Mass as it is very child focused.

St Padre Pio

This Mon 23rd Sept is the Feast of St Padre Pio and there will be a blessing with a Relic of Padre Pio after 9.15am Mass

Mission Appeal

Next weekend Fr Tommy Faherty of the Society of African Missions will speak at all Masses and tell you about the work of the SMA Fathers in Africa.

Parish Choirs

The parish choirs have resumed their weekly practice here in the Church.
Adult’s Choir on Monday evenings.
Children’s & Youth Choirs on Friday evenings.
