Life  Without a Parish Priest

Most of you will know by now that Fr Éamonn has left to take up his appointment as Chaplain in UCD.

So far we have no word from the Dublin Diocese as to whether they have a replacement priest for us or not.

In the meantime we will have to make temporary changes here.

Starting this week we will only have weekday Mass on Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays.

On Tuesdays & Wednesdays there will be a prayer and Eucharist service.

For the moment weekend Masses will be continue as usual.

Parents who wish to have their child Baptised are invited to attend a meeting beforehand. The next meeting will take place in the Church on Wednesday

10th Feb at 7.30pm

The programme in preparation for Confirmation will continue on Sunday 24th January at

12 o’clock Mass

We are delighted to say that there is a Family Mass here at 10.30am each Sunday.

We would encourage families, especially those with young children to come along to this Mass as often as possible as it is very child focused.

For the benefit of all families who use the Family Room during Mass, parents are reminded to supervise their children and to please tidy up the toys afterwards.

Many people have asked if they could remember their deceased loved ones by placing a Brass Plate on a Church bench.

We are now in a position to provide this service. The cost per dedicated Plate will be €250. This includes the cost of a high quality Brass Plate and a donation to the Church. All enquiries to the Parish Office.

Care for the Church

We would ask you to keep an eye on the Church anytime you are passing.
