- Travelling Monstrance for VocationsTravelling Monstrance for Vocations – Blessed by Pope St John Paul II St Patrick’s Church, Monkstown, next Monday 18th November A special monstrance, one of six that were blessed by Pope John Paul II on November 24, 2004, for the purpose of praying for an increase in vocations, is being brought to Ireland and will be visiting 12 dioceses around Ireland between Monday, November 18, and Friday, November 29. The monstrance will be in St Patrick’s Church in Monkstown next Monday and will be available for Adoration between 2:30pm and 5pm and then later that evening for a Holy Hour from
- Christmas Carols ServiceChurch of Divine Mercy is delighted to announce our annual Christmas carol service featuring music from our talented parish musical groups. It has always been a joyful night with a wonderfully warm community atmosphere. This year it will take place on Friday 13th December at 7pm(Doors open from (6:45pm) This is not a ticketed event so open to everyone to come and enjoy the concert and special atmosphere. We have prizes for a raffle on the night with proceeds going to help with the running costs of the parish.

- Share Appeal Sunday 2024 – Nov 9/10I am writing to you today about Share, the Diocesan Development Fund, the second collection at SundayMass, which depends wholly on the generosity of parishioners across the Archdiocese. Contributions to Share have not fully recovered since COVID-19. I appeal to you today to consider increasing your contribution throughout the year to this important fund which reflects practically our solidarity, support and care for each other as Church across the Archdiocese. - All Saints Day CelebrationTo celebrate All Saints’ Day on Friday 1st November we will have a holy mass at 12:30 in our Divine Mercy Church and invite children/grown ups to dress as their favourite saint. We will have a saints costume parade with blessings and treats for the children.

- Lucan Faith Fellowship – 5th OctLucan Faith Fellowship is a Family Fellowship with our Lord Jesus Christ , to enhance revive and restore the Catholic Christian faith in every family and specially to young members of the family. Our next meeting takes place on Saturday 5th October from 1pm – 3pm in the John Paul II room (large room off the main entrance porch).
